Joseph Lovetere
President
Joe Lovetere serves as President of HUB Technical Services, LLC. and is responsible for overall operations. Joe has developed HUB Tech’s business plan and has helped the company achieve 9 years of double digit growth. Joe has over 25 years of experience in Enterprise computing services having served Compaq/Digital for 18 of those years as a Distributed Account manager and Field Service engineer. While at Compaq, Joe received numerous awards for his achievements in customer satisfaction and sales growth. Prior to joining HUB Tech in 2001 he served as Sales Support manager for a Computer reseller and is an accomplished real estate developer. His leisure time is spent with family and working on collector cars.
Paul Shiff
Vice President
Paul Shiff serves as Vice President of Sales. With 30+ successful years of business acumen under his belt, he brings an entrepreneurial spirit as well as the experience necessary to bring together a focused sales team. Paul has completed numerous HP University courses and is an HP ASC and ASP for Enterprise solutions and storage. His prior experience in the retail and merchandising industry as the owner and partner of a number of companies allows him to understand business trends and optimize opportunities. He has been with HUB Tech since 2003 and has been an instrumental part of the company’s growth and vision. He is a Harley Davidson enthusiast, long distance cyclist and father of three grown children.
Robert Germain
Vice President Engineering
Robert Germain serves as VP of Engineering. Rob is an original founder of the company and oversees all aspects of Engineering and service operations. Robert leads HUB Technical Services, LLC's. Engineering Group, which is responsible for defining the company's evolving technology vision and services strategy. He works directly with HUB Tech customers and leading industry partners engaging solutions which form HUB’s managed services portfolio. Under his leadership the engineering team also evaluates emerging technical trends and plays a major role in setting the technical direction for HUB’s technical activities.
